Dr. Nisha Basu, Chief Clinical Officer at Firefly Health, has dedicated her career to giving patients the individualized care and support their health deserves. Prior to joining Firefly in 2018, she worked as a primary care physician and the Director of Population Management at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She earned her medical degree and master's degree in public health from Tufts University and studied biomedical engineering at Tulane University. Nisha is a part-time Lecturer at Harvard Medical School. Firefly Health is a participant in the NCQA 2023 Virtual Care Pilot, an initiative that aims to define and elevate the standards of virtual care.
