Frederick Berger is the Vice President of Benefits and Retirement Administration for Temple University Health System, Inc. In total, TUHS has over 12,800 employees throughout the Philadelphia area. Frederick manages the TUHS, Inc. Universal Employee Benefits Program for all TUHS, Inc benefit-eligible which includes Health Insurance, Wellbeing, Retirement, Absence Management, and Disability programs.
