Dena Faccio is the SVP, Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Workforce Analytics at Voya Financial, Inc., a purpose-driven Fortune 500 financial services company whose mission is to make a secure financial future possible – one person, one family, one institution at a time. Dena is responsible for the Company’s executive and broad-based compensation strategy and long-term incentive plans; health, welfare, and retirement benefit strategies; employee relations; and HR analytics and insights. In this role, Dena supports and advises the Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management Committee of Voya’s Board of Directors as well as Voya’s Executive Committee and business leaders. In her 12+ years at Voya’s, Dena has also served as an HR business partner (HRBP) to the CEO Workplace, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Brand and Communications Officer, Head of Strategy, and Head of Real Estate.
Prior to joining Voya Financial, Dena spent a year as the head of compensation for Forest Laboratories, a mid-sized global pharmaceutical company. And prior to Forest, Dena spent 12 years in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global HR Solutions practice in the Retirement and Compensation consulting practices serving public companies and tax-exempt organizations, including serving as the external compensation consultant to several compensation committees.
Dena earned her Bachelors of Science from Towson University concentrated in Actuarial Science and an MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business concentrated in finance and change management.
On a personal note, Dena is married and has two children – ages 15 and 14. In her free time, Dena enjoys traveling, boating, golfing, and giving back to her community.
