Dr. Thorndike is Vice President of Medical and Scientific Affairs at Nox Health, where she leads clinical and scientific strategy to advance scalable, technology-enabled models of sleep care and expand access to evidence-based diagnosis and treatment.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Medical Affairs and Discovery at Pear Therapeutics, where she led clinical development for Somryst®, the first FDA-cleared prescription digital therapeutic for chronic insomnia, helping pioneer the integration of digital therapeutics into clinical practice. She was also Co-founder and former Chief Science Officer of BeHealth Solutions, a company focused on disseminating evidence-based digital interventions, and served on faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Thorndike’s work has consistently focused on leveraging technology to translate clinical evidence into accessible, real-world care at scale.
