Susan Pergament is the Global Benefits Lead at Syneos Health, a fully integrated biopharmaceutical solutions organization with more than 25,000 employees worldwide. In her role, she leads the strategy, design, governance, and administration of global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare and retirement. Susan is a seasoned total rewards leader with nearly 30 years of experience and a proven track record in vendor management, negotiation, outsourcing strategy, and driving technology and process improvements. Prior to joining Syneos Health, she held senior benefits leadership roles at Dentsu and major retail organizations, including ANN INC. and The Children’s Place.
