Kevin Hern was named Senior Vice President, Lilly Employer for Lilly USA at Eli Lilly and Company in November 2025 in order to build out a new, integrated Employer organization to expand and accelerate Lilly’s capabilities in this space.
Prior to this role, Kevin spent three-plus years in his first senior executive commercial leadership role, serving as Senior Vice President, Market Access for Lilly USA. Before his move to the U.S. Affiliate, Kevin was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for over four years.
Kevin joined Lilly in 2004 and held financial leadership roles with increasing level of responsibility and scope in Manufacturing, OUS Commercial, Treasury, and R&D in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Greece prior to leading Investor Relations.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Miami University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
