A Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Carrasco brings 20+ years of experience in strategy, clinical operations, design, implementation and execution of clinical programming and digital evidence-based solutions to her work at Koa Health. While working in public health, Belinda strove to improve access to mental health care in underserved communities. Her experience in the digital health space before joining Koa Health includes leading the Crisis Care Program at Brightside Health, and serving as the Deputy Director of the Health and Wellness Section for the New York City Police Department and the Global Director of Duty of Care/ Wellbeing for the International Rescue Committee.
