Laura is head of Benefits and Wellness in Human Capital Management (HCM). In this role, she is responsible for the firm's strategy to provide competitive benefits and wellness offerings that meet the varying needs of our people.
Previously, Laura held a variety of roles within Benefits and Wellness, including leading the global Wellness team, overseeing global Wellness capital projects and establishing new programs and initiatives for our people across resilience, family and wellbeing. She also served as co-head of the HCM Women’s Network. Laura joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 as a vice president in Wellness and was named managing director in 2019.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura worked at Prudential Insurance Company as a manager in the Health and Wellness department.
Laura earned a BS in Athletic Training from Ithaca College and an MA in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University.
