Elizabeth leads the employee benefit programs and broad-based compensation at NRG Energy, a Fortune 500 company operating in the United States and Canada. NRG delivers innovative solutions while advocating for competitive energy markets and customer choice, working towards a sustainable energy future. The employee benefit programs are developed to ensure NRG maintains a competitive total rewards package while delivering value to over 6,500 employees.
Since joining NRG in 2006, Elizabeth has held multiple roles in which she has been able to meet employees across the company helping them maximize the value of the multiple programs and benefits offered. In her latest role, she implemented a consumer-driven health plan and highly engaging wellness program while continuing to provide enhancements to other available benefits.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, majoring in accounting. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
