Craig is a member of Mercer’s Communication and Change Management segment within Mercer’s Career business. He deploys change management tactics when consulting with clients on change approaches, which include Change vision and leadership alignment; Change impact and readiness assessment; Stakeholder engagement and communication; and Training strategy, design and delivery.
His broad responsibilities include leading large, complex change communication assignments across a broad range of HR projects, including EVP, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, M&A Transactions, Content Transformation and HR Technology platforms (for example, Global HR Portals, and topical and personalized HR websites). He also leads change assignments for HR Administration Platform implementations, like Workday, and is a global thought leader on Mercer’s change management approach for administration platform implementations, working closely with our broader, global Mercer technology implementation teams.
He also writes materials to aid employee understanding for all HR-related subject matters. Additional responsibilities include conducting employee meetings, training sessions and focus groups, and developing and implementing web and interactive media strategies. He also has strong project management skills, having successfully supervised and implemented large assignments for many large, global organizations.
Craig has worked in the Change Communication business at Mercer since 1996. Before Mercer, Craig worked as a communications coordinator for a software development firm where he drafted technical manuals and newsletters, and prepared and taught software seminars and other client training sessions. He also has worked as a full-time and part-time journalist for a variety of weekly and daily newspapers
Craig has a Master’s in Communication from La Salle University and a BA in English from Albright College.
